The benefits of group support are well known.
Many times a person does not think anyone could possibly understand their pain or struggle. Group support brings people out of isolation. People find out that other people have the same problems. They receive comfort from others and help each other solve problems by sharing what works.
Mayda has a knack for helping people have some fun and enjoy themselves in the midst of working on challenging issues.
